here’s everything you need to prepare for your vip day
HELLO!
Thank you for booking your VIP Day with me and entrusting me to help you with your brand and website dreams and goals! I’m super excited to get started on our VIP intensive together!
Before we can get started, to make our day together the best that it can possibly be, there are some really important details that I need to collect from you. Don’t worry, this isn’t a crazy-long list of questions and prompts – after all the idea of a VIP Day is so that you spend less time worrying about this stuff, and more time doing what you do best!

You’ll need to fill out this workbook/doc to the best of your ability and share it with me at least 5 days prior to your VIP day.

strategy call
Once you’ve completed your client workbook, book in your strategy call for sometime during the week prior to your VIP day.

your vip design day
On the day I put my head down and work fast and focussed, getting through as many items on your to-do list as I possibly can. I’ll keep you updated and get feedback from you via Messenger.

30 days support
If you have any questions or run into any trouble in the next 30 days about any of the work we did on your VIP day – just shoot me an email and we’ll get it sorted for you!

FURTHER INFORMATION
Files:
We will use a shared Google Drive or Dropbox folder for storing all of these documents, plus all of your branding materials and website images. If you have a Dropbox or Google Drive folder already, you can post a link to it in the comments of the Workbook. If you need me to create a folder for you, just ask.
Communication:
We will communicate via Facebook or Instagram Messenger on the day of our intensive. Please let me know what works best for you. Until then, you can email me at jordanne@jordanne.co. I kindly ask that you refrain from sending me project-related messages via text. I’d hate to drop the ball on something that gets lost in my daily sea of personal messages.
Post-Intensive Support:
Following our day together, you will have 30 days to email or message me with any questions that you have about the work that I completed for you. It is my goal to empower you with the skills that you need to manage your brand and/or website on your own, so if you’re stuck on how to do something, just ask! In some cases, I’ll create a personalised video to walk you through how to do something on your website. This support period does not include more service work, but rather an opportunity for you to ask questions about the work that was already done.
Rescheduling Your Day:
Should you need to change the date of your intensive for any reason at all, you must do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date. This allows me time to adjust my schedule, and fill the space with another client.

I just need you to fill out this workbook/doc to the best of your ability and will need it completed 5 days before our VIP day together.
This is where you can provide me your log in details, the Pinterest board, providing any copy and most importantly; my to-do list. There are also some resources linked that you are welcome to use.

STEP 2: Name your new file “CLIENT NAME | VIP DAY”
STEP 3: Click on the blue Share button in the top right, and share your copy with me at jordanne@jordanne.co
STEP 4: Complete the Workbook no later than 5 days prior to your VIP day
