1. What You’re Signing Up For

By joining the Women of Web Mastermind, you’re committing to a 6-month group coaching experience that includes:

• Monthly Goal Setting + Planning Sessions

   

• Monthly Hot Seats (you get the mic, the spotlight, and the feedback)

   

• A private group chat to stay connected, share wins, and ask for help

   

• Accountability to keep you moving toward your big web biz goals

   

• Encouragement, strategy, and support from Jordanne and fellow members

   

This is a small, intimate group—your presence is part of the magic.

2. Payment + Commitment

• You agree to pay $247 AUD per month for the full 6-month duration, either monthly or in full upfront (your choice).

   

• This is a non-refundable, six-month commitment. No cancellations, pauses, or refunds once you’re in—just full steam ahead.

   

• Late payments may result in removal from the group and loss of access to all materials and sessions.

   

3. Attendance & Participation

• All sessions will be hosted monthly via Google Meet or Zoom.

   

• No replays will be available—your insight and energy are most valuable when you’re there live.

   

• Please show up with openness, curiosity, and a willingness to both share and support.

   

• If you miss a Hot Seat, there’s no rescheduling or make-up—it’s part of the flow and commitment.

   

4. Confidentiality Clause

What happens in the Mastermind stays in the Mastermind.
You agree to keep anything shared by other members—ideas, plans, wins, struggles—100% confidential. Respect their privacy, just like you’d want yours respected.

5. Respect & Conduct

We’re here to lift each other up. By signing this agreement, you agree to:

• Be kind, honest, and constructive in your feedback.

   

• Keep the group space safe, inclusive, and judgment-free.

   

• Not engage in any harassment, discrimination, or drama.

   

• Jordanne reserves the right to remove anyone from the group if this isn’t upheld—no refunds, no second chances.

   

6. Intellectual Property

All resources, templates, materials, and guidance shared by Jordanne are her intellectual property.

You may use these for your own business growth, but you may not resell, share, or repurpose them for commercial use.

7. Session Recordings

By joining, you give Jordanne permission to record group calls for quality control, note-taking, and her own internal use.
Recordings will not be distributed or made available to the group, and no clips will be used publicly without your express permission.

8. Disclaimer + Limitation of Liability

This Mastermind is designed to support and guide you, but ultimately, your results are your responsibility.

There are no guarantees of income, clients, or specific outcomes. This is not legal, financial, or mental health advice. Jordanne (and her team, if applicable) are not liable for any decisions you make or results you do or don’t get from participation.

9. Media + Testimonials

By joining the Mastermind, you agree that general screenshots of wins, testimonials you provide, or shared praise may be used in Jordanne’s marketing.

If you’d prefer to remain anonymous or not be featured, just send her an email to opt out—no worries at all.

By checking the box or signing on the enrolment/checkout page (depending on how you’re enrolling), you’re confirming:

• You’ve read and agreed to this agreement

   

• You understand it’s a 6-month, non-refundable commitment
