FAQ's
Once someone reaches out, we’ll arrange a time to call and discuss their needs. If I can help them and feel it’s a good fit, I will send a proposal/project pricing. If they are keen to proceed, they just need to sign the service agreement and pay the deposit to secure their booking. Once their deposit payment is received, it’s official! They’re a client and you’ll receive your referral reward payment 🙂

For web design services referrals, you will receive your payment within 1 week of their deposit being paid. For website template affiliates, you’ll receive your payment automatically once the 14 day money-back guarantee ends, as long as they have not refunded their purchase.

- The referral program is contingent upon the client signing up for a full-priced package related to the payout. The client is officially a client once they have signed their agreement and paid their deposit.
- The referral rewards are payable after the business owner you refer has paid their non-refundable deposit, or after the 14 day money back guarantee period for website templates (if no refund is issued).
- In the case that your referral requests a refund in the money-back guarantee period, no referral reward will be given.
- Referrals generated in the past will not be honoured under Jordanne Co Loyalty Program. Only referrals made during the active time of this program being in place will receive the rewards.
- The Jordanne Co Loyalty Program rewards are only available for those who have already requested to be an official referral partner.
- To access the rewards, please let us know who you have referred, or ask them to drop your name when they reach out, so we can ensure that you are looked after.
- All payments will be processed online and are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
