This license allows the purchaser to use the Guides within client website projects under the terms of the Commercial License Agreement.

This license grants the purchaser permission to use the Guides within client website projects in accordance with the terms outlined in this Commercial License Agreement.

Redistribution, resale, white-labelling, or unauthorised distribution of the Guides is strictly prohibited.

 

Commercial License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Jordanne Co Copywriting Guides (“Guides”) created and owned by Jordanne Co.

By purchasing or using the Guides, the purchaser (“Licensee”) agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Jordanne Co grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license to use the Guides within their own client projects.

This license allows the Licensee to use the Guides as part of their website design, messaging, or copywriting process when working directly with their own clients.

The license is granted to a single business entity and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared with other businesses.

2. Permitted Use

Under this license, the Licensee may:

• Use the Guides with unlimited 1:1 client projects delivered by their business.
• Share the Guides with their clients solely for the purpose of completing a website project delivered by the Licensee.
• Edit, customise, shorten, or adapt the Guides as needed to suit a specific client project.
• Use the Guides within internal project workflows, client portals, or collaboration tools (such as Notion or project management platforms) when working with clients.
• Allow employees or contractors working under the Licensee’s business to access and use the Guides solely for the purpose of delivering client projects (such as designers, copywriters, or virtual assistants) to access and use the Guides as part of delivering client projects.

3. Prohibited Use

The Licensee may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Guides in any format.
• Provide the Guides as a downloadable resource, template, or product.
• Include the Guides inside courses, memberships, workshops, or educational programs.
• Share the Guides with other designers, agencies, or businesses outside the Licensee’s organisation.
• Upload the Guides to template marketplaces, resource libraries, or digital product platforms.
• White-label, remove branding, or claim authorship of the Guides.
• Use the Guides to create competing products or derivative products intended for sale or distribution.
• Use the Guides to create similar frameworks, templates, or resources intended for sale or distribution.

4. Client Use

The Licensee may share the Guides with their client during the course of a website project.

However:

• The Guides remain the intellectual property of Jordanne Co.
• Clients may not reuse, distribute, sell, or share the Guides beyond the project they were provided for.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Guides remain the sole property of Jordanne Co.

This license grants permission to use the Guides, but ownership of the content, framework, and methodology remains with Jordanne Co at all times.

 

6. Branding & Attribution

The following copyright notice must remain visible on all versions of the Guides:
© Jordanne Co. Licensed for use within client projects.
Not for resale, redistribution, or reproduction.

Licensees may customise the content for client use, but may not remove the original copyright attribution.

7. Artificial Intelligence Restrictions

The Guides may not be used to train artificial intelligence models, language models, or automated systems.

The Guides may also not be uploaded into AI tools for the purpose of reproducing, redistributing, or generating derivative products based on the Guides.

8. Agency Licensing

This license applies to a single business entity.

Design agencies, studios, or organisations where multiple designers or businesses intend to use the Guides require a separate Agency License.

9. Breach & Termination

If the Licensee breaches any part of this Agreement, the license will be revoked immediately.

Upon termination, the Licensee must cease using the Guides and remove any distributed copies from internal systems.

10. Liability

The Guides are provided for educational and strategic support purposes only.

Jordanne Co makes no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes resulting from use of the Guides.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

 

12. License Transfer

This license is granted to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred, reassigned, or sold to another individual or business without written permission from Jordanne Co.

 

13. Updates to Terms

Jordanne Co reserves the right to update or modify this License Agreement in the future. Any updates will apply to future purchases of the Guides.
