HOW IT WORKS

With as much hand-holding as you need, here's the process I've developed that allows me to thoughtfully and strategically craft the website of your dreams that helps you achieve your goals.

GET IN TOUCH

Head to the contact page and get in touch. We’ll arrange a call to discuss your vision and goals for your site and you can ask me any questions. I’ll share my availabilities and if you feel I’m the right designer for you – you can put down your deposit to secure your booking!

GUIDED PREPARATION

I’ll send over your welcome packet which includes everything you need to know about your project (including your project timeline), as well as some helpful resources. These include: Brand Strategy Workbook, high-converting copywriting guide and a client questionnaire. You’ll also create a Pinterest inspiration board in this phase.

BRAND IMMERSION & KICK-OFF CALL

This is the most important phase for me to truly get to know you, understand what makes you stand out from competitors, how you want to be viewed by your audience, and what your goals are for your business.

I’ll review your workbook, questionnaire and copy on a call with you, and we’ll talk through your Pinterest board (did you like the font, the colour or the feeling of this pin?). We can’t not be on the same page by this point.

BRINGING THE VISION TO LIFE

Whether you’re feeling confident you’ve clearly conveyed your vision or not – this part is my superpower – the ability to read between the lines, understand you, piece it all together and craft the exact website you wanted and weren’t able to articulate or even dream up.

Even better than that though, it’s also strategically designed to be high-converting, attract and convert your dream clients and help you grow your business.

Where I see most service providers struggle...

As a small business owner, I know what it means to make an investment like this. And I know not everyone is in the position to (which is why I’ve created so many DIY resources).

JORDANNE COLLINS

I’m a Sydney based web-designer obsessed with helping service-providers transform their business, brand and website into something they love and are proud of.

With a background in business studies and a decade working in sales and marketing, I’m not interested in *just* building pretty websites. Although – they really are. I love building websites that work as a marketing tool for you business. Websites that you can drive all your traffic to – whether it’s from socials, your email list or word of mouth – and then feel confident knowing that it will do it’s job and convert your dream clients.

But most of all, I love the transformation I see in the confidence of my clients once they have a website they’re proud of and that clearly conveys their value – making it undeniable to them and their clients.

FAQ's

What platform will my website be built on?

I typically build websites on WordPress using a pagebuilder called Elementor. Using WordPress means anything you could ever dream up for your website is possible and your website can evolve over time as you need it to. Using Elementor means you can easily update your website yourself without needing to know a single line of code.

However, I do also offer Custom Squarespace websites for those who prefer that platform.

How long will it take me to prepare my content?

This varies depending on how big your site is and how confident a writer you are, but typically 2-4 weeks. You’ll have my brand workbook to help you nail your messaging, and my conversion-copywriting guides that teach you how to write compelling website copy for your Home, Services and About pages. If you don’t feel your copywriting skills will do your services justice, you can opt for my copywriting or copy editing services.

How long is your waitlist?

I’m typically booked 1-4 months in advance. It’s a great idea to book in and secure your spot in my calendar and then spend some time working on your content. Just shoot me a message and I’ll let you know my next availabilities!

Do you offer branding and logo design?

Yes! Let’s make this easy and do everything in one go. Head to the branding service page or check out the website + branding option in the packages above.

Will I be able to edit my site myself?

Yes! Once your website is live I’ll give you a few training videos to teach you how to use and edit your website so you can easily do thing like updating copy, swapping out images, website maintenance etc.
